George Washington Carver:
Hey, you’re gonna learn something new today
I’ve got some bonafide inventions and they’re coming your way
over three hundred products
so many and more
I got things you didn’t know you ever needed before
You gotta see it, to believe it
They came from a peanut
Ooh, the pretty make-up that you wear on your face
This adhesive holds the pictures on your wall in place
Medicine and shaving cream and shampoo, too
You will be amazed at all the things you can do
When you realize right before your eyes
They came from a peanut

Docent:
(Spoken) Mister Carver, did you really create all of these products from a peanut?

George Washinton Carver:
(Spoken) I most certainly did! Milk, plastic, paint, dyes, medicine, soap, ink and wood stains. I also created over a hundred and eighteen products from sweet potatoes like molasses, glue, flour, vinegar, rubber, gasoline and more. But most of my products came from peanuts and that’s why they call me The Peanut Man!

Oooh, yeah
I’m the peanut man
(He’s the peanut man)
I’m the Peanut Man
(He’s the Peanut Man)
I’m the Peanut Man
(He’s the Peanut Man)
I’m the Peanutty Man
(He’s the Peanut Man)
And you gotta see it
to believe it
You gotta see it
to believe it
It came from a peanut
