When Christmas time is near it is the time of year we call  winter
The chilly winds may blow, it looks like it may snow when it’s winter

We’ll be snug as a bug in a rug all the winter through

It’s chilly on our nose and chilly on our toes when it’s winter
But we get such a thrill when we’re sledding down the hill, I like winter
