This cool beat and rhythm will help everyone get motivated to exercise and count by 5's. Do crossover moves and stretch each hand and arm as you count. Then cross over your feet right to left and left to right. As you count by fives, raise each leg/knee up (crossing over the midline) and count.
Five fingers on my right hand stretch to the left
Five fingers on my right hand stretch to the right
Now, stretch each hand up side-to-side
Use your body and your brain and exercise
And count by fives.
